KW CHAIR MASSAGE

Booking Policy

KW Chair Massage will ask appropriate questions to ensure your company is properly hosted. Whether a small business, or a large corporation, it is up to KW Chair Massage to ensure availability of Certified Chair Massage Practitioners. 

Communication to the Health and Wellness Coordinator of your company, will be to confirm # of guests, time for each participant (10-30 Minutes) and/ or # of days over a period of time, and a quotation will be provided before requesting a deposit.

To ensure booking, a $150 Deposit will be requested to book at the time of confirming a Date, Time and Location as a minimum booking cost, for 1 practitioner for 2 hours. Depending on when the event is booked, the deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your event. After 14 days, a 50% (2nd payment request) of the provided quote will be requested. (if exceeding the 2 hour- 1 practitioner minimum).  7 days prior to the event, a confirmation of the event will be verified. Payment in full will be required 24 hours to the event.

Refund  & Cancellation Policy

If in the event you need to cancel your event up to 14 days prior, the initial deposit will be refunded, or can be held for a future date. Up to 7 days prior to the the 50% payment will be non-refundable, and can be used for a future event or transferred to a referred company. Full payment will be required 24 hours prior to your event.  If within 24 hours, up to 2 hours, 50% of the full payment will be refunded.

Rates can be discussed and different whether you’d like to discuss a flat rate hourly service, or per participant charge, depending on the time requested for each participant.
